DIGITAL VISUAL INSPECTIONS
Using DigitalHubs mobile app Technicians in the field can complete their visual inspection activities digitally. This paperless maintenance approach guides users through inspections using templates customised for the site and conveyor. Taking them step by step, the app asks them questions and providing them with a range of responses to choose from. Photos and additional comments can be added along the way to provide more detail where required.
When the Technician submits the inspection, the data is synced to the cloud and immediately accessible in our DigitalHub Portal. Where items need corrective maintenance, events are created so planners dont need to go through all the inspection results to find the actions saving precious time. Where an item is critical and needs immediate attention, notifications are also sent via SMS and email as a call to action.
The result for our customers are high quality inspections, every time and without the need for paper. The results are stored collectively in the portal, along with all the other iBelt technology data, so whether its finding improvement opportunities or planning corrective maintenance, productivity is increased across site.

DIGITAL IDLER MANAGEMENT
With so many rollers across any given site, it can be difficult to manage, let alone quantitatively measure the performance of these components. With DigitalHub’s Idler Management feature we make it easy for sites to accurately and efficiently measure idler lifecycle performance.
We map the idler population upfront, so when it comes to logging a fault or replacing the roller technician knows the exact specs, down to the sites part/item number. We place the power in your hands.
Using DigitalHub’s mobile app as the data is captured digitally in the field, dashboards are updated automatically in the portal, visually identifying improvement opportunities. Just a couple of these metrics include pre-mature/early failures and areas of high rates of change.
